Concert & Jazz Bands

The award winning Monck Public School Jazz and Concert bands will be performing at The Caisse on Wednesday May 31.

On May 16th, the bands won awards at the national MusicFest Canada competitions:

GOLD for the Monck Public School Grade 7-8 Jazz Band with the Honour Award going to Elowyn Dawson on trombone.

SILVER to the Monck Public School Grade 7-8 Concert Band with the Honour Award going to Ryley Reid on electric bass.

​Congratulations to all the performers. We cannot wait to welcome this young talent to the Caisse main stage.

Rene M. Caisse Memorial Theatre in November, 2023.

Today, we are opening our AUDITION CALL for this iconic rock opera. Everyone (14+) is invited to audition for the show.

Auditions: Saturday June 17, 2023 10am-5pm
Call Backs: Wednesday June 21, 2023. 7-10pm

The Beatle Band (formerly The FabFour Canada) is an engaging and entertaining musical tribute to one of pop-rock music’s most revered and influential bands – The Beatles!

The Beatle Band accurately recreates the excitement and energy of The Beatles’ 1963 to 1966 “Touring Years” repertoire, the historic “Rooftop” performance of 1969 and, finally, the historic sounds of Abbey Road.

Never relying on any recorded backing tracks whatsoever, The Beatle Band is renowned for their attention to detail in song arrangements, costumes and gear.

For audiences of any age, The Beatle Band show is must-see entertainment. Indeed, “a splendid time is guaranteed for all.”

It has been a rough 2 years for the performing arts and the doors of our beloved theatre have been closed.  As the province of Ontario begins their 'Road Map for Re-opening' we are planning to start breathing life back onto the stage!   • In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on sale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
